Stoneybrook is one of the largest Equestrian Retail Centres in the country. We stock over 15,000 products, all at very competitive prices, representing all the top names in Saddlery, Clothing and Equestrian Equipment.

Availability and Special Orders

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered the alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. The stock level of orders placed on line can often be subject to a system update time delay , which in turn can effect their availablity.  If availability becomes an issue every effort will be made to inform you of a delay in delivery . Special ordered items must be paid for in full at the time of ordering, you will be notified as soon as the order has been placed and an expected date for delivery.  We will contact you as soon as your order has been dispatched.  Special ordered items are non-returnable and non- refundable.

Prices

Prices include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable. Prices listed on the website may differ from those in the shop. Discounts offered online may vary from those offered within our store. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.   Terms and Conditions of sale of Riding Hats and Body Protectors. Riding hats and body protectors which have been purchased through www.stoneybrook.co.uk and have not been fitted by a member of Stoneybrook staff (who have been trained by Charles Owen) are non returnable and non-refundable due to not fitting correctly. Stoneybrook accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury of any severity to any persons wearing a Charles Owen safety item purchased from www.stoneybrook.co.uk.

Making a Purchase

Five easy steps is all it takes: 1. Clicking on a category of your choice. Then browse through our shop until you find any items you wish to buy. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the search button. 2. Once you find a product you wish to purchase make appropriate selections such as size and colour then click the "Buy" button. 3. You will be prompted to confirm your order and specify the quantity required. 4. At this point you can either proceed to the checkout and pay for your chosen product or you can continue to shop. You can add as many items to your order as you desire. At any stage you can view the contents of your order by clicking the "view order" button. 5. When ready you can proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked to check the delivery and invoice details . Payment is by credit card and all prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Credit card transactions are secure and are processed online. Whenever possible we aim to despatch goods within 3 days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Non-delivered goods

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit card Security

Credit card security is provided through HSBC, the World's leading bank credit card clearing c ompany . To ensure the security of credit card transactions , we use Secure Socket Layer technology. All transactions are encrypted to SSL 128bit, using Thawte digital certificate technology. All credit card transactions are processed online using HSBC Bank and you   will receive online confirmation of payment authorisation. For security reasons, at no time will Stoneybrook.co.uk hold any of our customers credit card details. Stoneybrook.co.uk will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from stoneybrook.co.uk

Returned goods

A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and  enclose your receipt for proof of purchase. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We regret that sale and discounted items cannot be exchanged and are non returnable and non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Any goods purchased online can be cancelled up to 24 hours after submission of the order. A full refund will be made against any payment submitted through our secure online payment system.
